Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct is the 2023 updated version aligned with local and international legislation applicable to ethics and corporate integrity programs to foster the vision, values and behaviors expected by Grupo Aeroméxico of all its collaborators and third parties with whom it relates.

Thus, knowing and guaranteeing compliance with our Code of Conduct becomes essential. Since it is there where the commitments that we adopt as part of Grupo Aeroméxico are established, which, by living them every day, allow us to comply with the highest standards of ethics, corporate integrity and excellence.

As part of our continuous evolution, we have adapted the behaviors that make up the DNA of our company, through which we define our actions to continue bringing the best of Mexico to the whole world.

I invite you to carefully read this Code, reflect on its scope and importance, and apply it without exceptions, in order to become an ambassador of our values and, consequently, provide our colleagues and Customers with the best experience.

If you have any question, you can approach your direct manager, the Legal and Compliance Corporate Division or your HRBP. Should you want to report any ethical fault or any situation that goes against this Code, remember that the Aeroméxico Ethics Line is available, where you can do it confidentially.

Aeroméxico and its affiliates and subsidiaries (Group Aeroméxico) declare their absolute rejection to corruption and confirm that action in accordance with its Code of Conduct, applicable internal regulations and national and international provisions in this field constitutes a fundamental element to contribute to being upright, reliable and competitive companies in their commercial, labor and investment relations.

Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity culture within Grupo Aeroméxico is defined as a set of policies, standards and values, which directly reflect the behavior of all employees to protect critical systems, information, assets and critical data.

The Cybersecurity culture is an integral part of Grupo Aeroméxico and its collaborators, it is not only an awareness of behaviors, rules and values, but also a mutual understanding among senior management, the cybersecurity team and all our collaborators on their responsibilities and practices to know how to act in the event of a security incident, through the information security awareness program, which helps to improve resilience against threats and, in turn, contributes to the fulfillment of the objectives and strategy established by senior management.

Grupo Aeroméxico has established a cybersecurity position that consists in continuously carrying out risk assessments, with the aim of identifying vulnerabilities within the infrastructure, and thus be able to determine the security controls within the organization to be implemented.
